Hays Property and Surveying are delighted to be working with a Local Authority based in Surrey to find a Senior Building Surveyor to work in their Maintenance team on a 3-6 month contract.
Local Authority experience essential
Relevant Building Surveying experience of Commercial buildings
Some knowledge of M&E aspects of Commercial buildings preferred
Ability to liaise with all key stakeholders including contractors delivering the projects
Knowledge of JCT contracts is essential
Despite being a Senior role no line management is expected
Own car and license required
