This role carries the responsibility for ensuring programming and set up tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
* To produce high quality, by carrying out full set-ups and programming for new and existing products across the range of machines on the workshop.
* To provide support to shop floor staff - machinist and operators
* Focus on production output whilst maintaining good quality standards.
* Monitor and identify the HSE issues and to take action where required.
