Working in the Civil Aviation Directorate at Transport Canada, Civil Aviation Safety Inspectors (CASI) - Airworthiness are responsible for performing inspection activities as they relate to individuals and organizations involved in aircraft and aeronautical product maintenance and manufacturing.
CASIs are responsible to ensure compliance with the civil aviation regulatory framework, to ensure and promote aircraft airworthiness and a proactive safety management system culture, for the safety of civil aviation in Canada and abroad.
