School of Hospitality - Culinary Specialist

Job Description

Create product/recipes to refine taste profile for alternative ingredients and for mass production purposes.

Review and modify methods to improve quality of new food products and recipes

Collaborate with food scientist to achieve desirable product attributes and conduct sensory evaluation on food products

Design and convert meals for ready-to-eat, ready-to-serve purposes, etc.

Supervise students in their FYP/project/internship

Partake in administrative duties related to the culinary R&D
