Build effective internal and external relationships to achieve recovery targets and dispute resolution
Lead negotiations where there is a dispute between supplier charging statements and the company
Develop detailed project plans per dispute case to track progress and inform management of progress
Proactively organise and maintain vendor contact and engagement
Implement controls around current BAU dispute and exceptions management processes and ensure there are clear policies in place
Approve invoices and check validation for invoices
