This Public Sector organisation are currently in the process of recruiting a Building Surveyor to join their team covering both residential and commercial properties within the Central London area. This is a large organisation with a number of properties based in London, which includes: Residential Estates, Street properties, Schools and Office blocks, Museums, Embassies and World Famous retail stores.
* Investigate building defects, focussing on structural issues and make recommendations to assess and resolve them as appropriate.
* Undertake feasibility studies and provide estimates, drawings and specifications for work which are required.
* Prepare reports and give professional / technical building surveying advice and training for non-technical staff on building related subjects.
