Respond to clients inquiries and visitor with a positive and helpful attitude.
Help clients identify their travel package based on their needs.
Regularly maintain a good relationship with our existing and new clients.
Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking tickets, reserving hotels and creating itinerary.
Maintain clients information & financial records.
Ensure stay up to date with tourism trends and systems.
Minimum experience in a similar role is required.
Ability to commute & negotiate.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Preferably from Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia or China.
