Managing meetings, preparing agendas, distributing minutes and following up action points
Organising travel/accommodation when necessary
Managing and cleansing databases and contacts
Has previous experience in a PA/EA role
Has the ability to confidently communicate with a diverse mix of customers and staff
Has competent IT skills (SAGE50, MS office, CRM systems)
Is highly efficient and organized - you must enjoy a fast-paced work environment
