Identify the apprenticeship training needs of new and existing employers
Provide apprenticeship programme funding advice to employers
Undertake Health and Safety Appraisals at employer sites
Support all new employers through the on-boarding process at the start of new programmes
Undertake employer engagement through phone calls, site visits and networking events
Evaluate the employer and apprentice experience as part of continuous improvement
Actively promote employer participation with surveys and evaluations
Ensure employer complaints are received and dealt with appropriately.
Provide employers with apprentice progress reports as appropriate
Utilise labour market intelligence to identify business development opportunities
