Behavioural Counsellors work directly with inmates to enhance their skills in managing impulsiveness, stress and communication which will have a positive impact on their institutional behaviour.
They are part of an interdisciplinary team, consisting of Health Services, Correctional Operations, Programs, Education, other interventions staff, Indigenous liaison and/or Chaplaincy staff. Through case conference, direct observation and
