This position requires very strong experience in the construction field or asset management, as well as good technical expertise, both in terms of analysis and in its verbalization to different audiences.
The position also requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate. In addition to managing the human ressources of your team, you will have to communicate regularly with other Parks Canada employees, senior managers, Aboriginal groups, contractors, consultants, stakeholders and external groups.
