The Patient Access Representative is responsible for providing patient arrivals, patient registration, pre-visit activities for UKHealthCare patients including appointment coordination and scheduling; resolution of patient complaints; collection and verification of demographic information and insurance/payer source information and correction of registration errors; as well as maintain HIPAA compliant and comply with all UKHC policies regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
