Teach relevant subjects in pre-employment and continuing education training programmes
Lead or participate in consultancy and research projects
Design and develop course materials for pre-employment and continuing education training programmes
Supervise students for projects
Mentor and assist in tracking students’ academic and non-academic performance
Partake in administrative duties related to the diploma course or within the school
Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners on scheduled weekday evenings or on weekends and participate in assessment activities
Candidates should possess relevant work or research experience in the statistics and/or biostatistics in science.
Relevant qualifications in the field of statistics or mathematics or science-related disciplines
Possess at least five years of relevant industry and/or research experience in areas related to applied statistics in science, epidemiology or biostatistics.
Relevant experience with statistical and/or process control software such as Minitab, SPSS, MS Excel will be advantageous.
Strong industry links and exposure, with experience in related sectors
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
Proficient in IT, planning and organization skills
