The appointee must be competent to teach psychology and/or soft skills modules, particularly in at least 2 of the following areas:
• Positive Psychology
• Mindfulness
• Emotional Intelligence
• Business Negotiation
• Workplace and Career Counselling
• Expressive Arts
· 4 - 8 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in youth, community and/or student development work
· Strong passion in mentoring students and show genuine concern for them
· A strong team player with good communication skills
· Proven ability to engage the industry on mental wellness projects
· Relevant tertiary qualifications in the Social Sciences
· Relevant qualifications and/or certification in Education will be an advantage
