• Formulate, manage and review business operations policies, SOPs and initiatives.
• Ensure contractual changes are approved, properly documented and archived.
• Review contracts, highlight irregularity in contracts.
• Liaise with various stakeholders on any contractual matters.
• Formulate and tabulate dashboard for management reporting. Support data cleaning, extraction, tracking and reporting.
• Manage all the assets and inventories, ensuring the records are done properly and timely.
• Ensure monthly payments and billings are processed timely.
• Support Events organised/supported/partnered by A&C/SDG/SportSG.
• Any other ad hoc functions that assigned by RO.
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Degree in Business or Accountancy, ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Additional qualifications in statistics, data science, or other relevant qualifications is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and comfortable interacting with senior management
