Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a HR & Admin Executive
Manage the full spectrum of HR/Admin functions
Manage and handle employee’s records.
Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and issuances
Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
Manage E-leave & E-attendance including leave, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
Administer all training-related activities including course registrations/enrolment/withdrawals, training grant application and claim, training records and evaluation administration, logistic arrangements, invoicing, etc.
Source, recommend and evaluate training vendors
Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administration / Business Studies
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant manufacturing working environment.
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently
Positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be approachable, organized, meticulous and able to multi-task
Able to start immediately or within a short notice
